Create a new GB computation for (possibly inhomogeneous) binomial ideals. No syzygies are computed using this type of computation. Add generators using ggbinomialGBaddgens, change the ring (enlarge it) using ggbinomialGBenlarge, perform computations using ggcalc, obtain results using gggetmingens, gggetgb, gggetsubring, gggetsubringGB.
