  • Lie theory: bases in Lie algebras, quantum groups and Hall algebras; total positivity; shuffle-type algebras.
  • Combinatorial algebraic geometry: Newton-Okounkov bodies and tropical varieties from Lie theory.

  • Starting from 2019 there is a regular A(achen)-B(ochum)-C(ologne)-D(arstellungstheorie) Seminar, holding at one of the three universities.
