The aim of the workshop is to bring together mathematicians with an interest in discrete geometry and its applications to symplectic and tropical geometry. We would like to create new discussions among people with diverse backgrounds (combinatorial, algebra-geometric, symplectic) about problems that received attention in recent years, like those arising in Ehrhart theory, the geometry of toric Fano varieties, the Mukai conjecture, toric degenerations, and the tropical Schottky problem. The schedule of the workshop will be relaxed with plenty of time for informal discussions. You can view the poster here.
