Internal section for project partners:

Here is information and files needed by partners when reporting on a training mission and when claiming reimbursement.
    (1) When planning a training mission, you should inform the management team as soon as possible. They will then announce your plans to all partners.
    (2) While travelling remember to collect receipts for all your expenses.
    (3) After completion of a training mission you must produce a report and a timesheet, independently of claiming reimbursement. Here is the form: dvi, ps and pdf.
Guidelines for filling in the form:
      (a) Forms for claiming reimbursement can be obtained from the co-ordinator. Please note that these forms, issued by the University of Leicester, are numbered individually and therefore cannot be xeroxed.
      (b) All claims for reimbursement have to be accompanied by originals of receipts (except for minor items such as bus rides). Only these expenses can be reimbursed which are documented by receipts.
      (c) The EC contract puts us under the obligation to raise at least one quarter of the project's costs from external sources, which have to be documented. Therefore, precice information has to be given on all external contributions. These include grants, but also staff-time spent on the project. Contributions in staff-time are documented by filling in the time-sheet, which is part of the above form. In addition, the value of the staff-time has to be certified by your institution, which has to give your precise daily rate.
